Exploring change output obfuscation

Last week we revealed how Samourai deals with change addresses. This feature got great feedback from the community, but a few people were justifiably concerned about the possibility of Samourai linking the change addresses together in a future send transaction.

As of today, Samourai Wallet will check to make sure the inputs that are being used to build a transaction have not been seen together before in a previous transaction. Whenever possible Samourai Wallet will build transactions this way, when it is impossible an alert will be displayed to the user informing them of this potential privacy risk.
